Financial Aid 2025
Saint Nicholas School is a Christian community with a comprehensive financial program provided by the Board of Directors. All families receive published discounts and credits. We also offer customized family assistance for those who apply with financial information.
We offer discounts and credits to all families:
- Family discounts based on numbers of children in school
- Referral credits, $500 each, for bringing a new family into the school
- Registration discounts of $100, for employees of institutions that feature our school for childcare.
- First Responders, such as police, firefighters and EMT’s, 10% off registration and tuition
Private and public financial aid:
- For Grades K-8, Saint Nicholas has selected FAST by ISM: Financial Aid for school tuition by Independent School Management. FAST makes a recommendation based on family financial information, and the school makes a scholarship offer. There is an application fee.
- For Infant-PK, Saint Nicholas participates in TEXAS RISING STAR, a state certification system for early childhood. The SNS rating is the highest, four stars. Families may apply for financial assistance for childcare with no fee.
- For Texas K-12 students, a new Texas School Choice program will begin in the 2026-2027 school year, allowing families to utilize public funds for private school tuition and other educational expenses through Education Savings Accounts (ESA’s). Priority will be given to students with disabilities and those from low-to middle-income families. Students may receive around $10,000, and those with disabilities up to $30,000. For the current school year families may apply to FAST.

Saint Nicholas School is one of the best schools/daycare in the Houston area! We had both our kids there before we moved abroad. The staff is genuinely caring and compassionate. Their curriculum is rich and our boy kept surprising us with new words/songs in different languages. We are very thankful to all teachers and staff at Saint Nicholas and definitely recommend to all!

My kiddos 2 years here at SNS was awesome. Great learning environment with a healthy in-house lunch/snacks provided. The teachers and assistants new every child's name coming & going even if they were not in their class room, so we felt leaving our little guy in their care. Unfortunately the school relocated, and we had to find a closer location otherwise we would have stayed.
